4.3 Account Activity Responsibility. All activity conducted through your clobph account — including bets placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. clobph is entitled to treat all instructions received from your account as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified clobph of a compromise.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. clobph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine-based payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, Coins.ph, and USDT via the TRC20 network. All PHP-denominated transactions are settled in Philippine Peso with no currency conversion fees applied by clobph.
5.2 Deposit Conditions. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is owned by a person other than the registered account holder — are prohibited. clobph reserves the right to reverse deposits and restrict accounts where third-party funding is detected.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. 5.6 Dormant Account Fees. 6.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a clobph account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. 6.2 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. 6.4 clobph Right to Modify Promotions. clobph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is terminated mid-campaign, any bonus funds already credited will remain valid subject to their individual terms.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the clobph platform — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, and Astar Live tables — is governed by its own set of game-specific rules. 7.5 Maximum Payout Limits. clobph applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits are specified within the cashier and game information sections. Any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout cap will be paid up to the cap only.

11.2 Gambling Losses. Gambling involves risk. clobph is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through participation in games or sports betting on the platform. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and that gambling outcomes are determined by chance or by the outcome of sporting events outside clobph's control.
11.3 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, clobph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your clobph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Consequential Damages. In no event shall clobph be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the clobph platform.
The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by clobph is governed by the clobph Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read together with this document.
By registering for a clobph account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and — where you have opted in — direct marketing communications.
clobph complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. You may exercise your data subject rights — including the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data — by contacting clobph customer support.
clobph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, clobph will provide advance notice via email to the address registered on your account or by a prominent notice on the clobph platform prior to the change taking effect.
Your continued use of the clobph platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

14.1 Internal Complaints Process. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the clobph platform — including a disputed bet result, a payment issue, or a bonus dispute — you must first contact clobph customer support via live chat and allow our team a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. clobph aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within five (5) business days.
14.2 Escalation. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter in writing to the clobph compliance team at the contact email address set out in Section 16. Please include your account username, the nature of the dispute, the amount involved, and a summary of the steps already taken to resolve it.
14.3 Bet Result Disputes. All disputes concerning the outcome of a bet or game must be submitted within 30 days of the date the outcome was determined. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. The decision of clobph on any bet result dispute is final, subject to the escalation process described above.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines in relation to any dispute or claim arising from or related to your use of the clobph platform or these Terms, except where any mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
